RANGER ADAPTORS

The RANGER ADAPTOR joins pipes of different outside diameters in steel, ductile iron, cast iron, A.C. and UPVC to FLANGES drilled to:

• BS 4504 : 1989 PN10 & PN16
• SABS 1123 : 1977
• Table: 1000/3 & 1600/3
• ASA 150 lbs
• ANSI B16.5

  Advantages:

• Quickfit, for installation without disassembling.
• EPDM Rubber gasket, ribbed for a positive compression seal, even on pitted or corroded pipe.
• 'D' Cup head bolts for easy tightening on site. Hot dipped galvanized to: BS729:1971 & SABS 763:1988.
• Corrosion protection with Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating internal and external to min. 250 microns.
• RANGER adaptors allow angular deflection of 3° on all sizes.
• Working pressure 16 bar (230psi).
